NFL Week 12 AM Thread

What non-49ers game are you watching this morning?

The San Francisco 49ers get going this evening which means we get our pick of the litter in NFL Week 12. This, for once, is a great thing because there’s some good games to watch. Especially this morning. This will be our A.M. Thread.

Two games to keep an eye on will be the Seattle Seahawks vs. Philadelphia Eagles and the Carolina Panthers at New Orleans Saints. If the Eagles and Panthers can do the 49ers some favors and beat their opponents, this will make the brutal gauntlet that much more manageable with a predictable (I highly doubt they go 3-0 in this stretch). The NFC decided it has to be ultra competitive while the AFC has just three or four good teams, so any help in the conference is appreciated.

Besides playoff positioning, Eagles/Seahawks could be a fun romp. I doubt the Eagles win, because last time the 49ers depended on anyone beating the Seahawks (2012) they always came up short due to some bizarre ending. Just wait, the Eagles will be up by 21 into the 4th then pick six city will come along with a Russell Wilson Special.

Panthers-Saints won’t be as entertaining. It’s a divisional game which means anything can happen, but given the Saints already got owned by the Atlanta Falcons I doubt they want to give up another game in their division.

What’s everyone watching?
