Golden Nuggets: Seattle needs to go down

Good morning! I thought by this point in the season we would be beating a dead Seagull but Pete Carroll once again has managed to put together a very good team. They could even pull to within a half game of us by winning on Monday night in Santa Clara. Yes, the thought makes me shudder. On the other hand, we could stretch our lead in the division to two and a half games with a win.

Things keep going through my mind like the Thanksgiving game where the Seahawks ate turkey on our fifty yard line after the game or that NFC title game where we lost Bowman along with the chance to win another Super Bowl. I can only hope this is the year we rise up and smash the Seahawks. It isn’t enough to merely beat them on Monday night. I want to smash them on Monday and then again on December 29^th, erasing any chance they might have of making the playoffs. Make it hurt 49ers, this one is personal.

Please don’t disappoint me 49ers. Our defensive line needs to do what they have been doing so well all season and continually harass Russell Wilson into making mistakes so our defensive secondary can take full advantage and demoralize him in ways he has never experienced before. We need Kyle Shanahan to find ways to get Breida running lanes and Jimmy Garoppolo to be able to throw over the top when they load the box. Please make it happen.
