Golden Nuggets: A shot of Kittle one please

Last time we played Seattle without our number one weapon and lost in overtime. This time we have George Kittle and Emmanuel Sanders, not to mention Robbie Gould. We also have Joe Staley when he is not coming off a leg injury and Mike McGlinchey who is back to playing like he did in 2018.

I think our number one offensive weapon on Sunday is going to be a much rested Matt Breida. I am thinking Kyle has had way too much time to create plays for Breida while he has been resting the last couple of weeks. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if this was Breida’s best game of the season. I personally am not taking Kyle Shanahan’s reason for Breida not playing last week seriously. I think he was giving him the rest he needed to get over his nagging injuries so he could be 100% against the Seahawks.

On defense, the return of Jacquiski Tartt and the addition of Anthony Zettel might go a long way to help our defense show why they are one of the best in the NFL. People tend to forget, not only has Tartt been out, but both Sherman and K’Waun Williams were returning from injuries last week. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t expect anything close to a star performance from Zettel, just a good supporting role that will help our stars shine a tad more. Players have stepped up and played beyond expectations all season, I would not be surprised if that player was Zettel this week.
