The San Francisco 49ers and New Orleans Saints are having what could be a candidate for game of the year. Unfortunately, they will have to find a way to win this, and maybe the rest of their games without center Weston Richburg.
Richburg went down on a 3rd and 1 stuff clutching his knee. The cart came out and he’s being rolled off the field. It’s safe to say he’s probably done for the day. If the cart comes and you’re clutching your knee, it’s not good odds you’ll be back next week either.
Don’t completely lose hope, Joe Staley had the same thing happen to him a few years back and it turned out to be a stinger.
It looks like Daniel Brunskill Ben Garland in at center for the 49ers to replace Richburg. As I write this, the 49ers not only got a fumble, but a touchdown on the turnover. This game.
Hopefully Richburg is OK. the 49ers can’t afford to lose their center.
