The great burger battle is back

New, comments

You can thank the Warriors.

Last summer, we had an extensive discussion about everybody’s favorite hamburger. It was a broad discussion without a poll to contain things. We had the usual favorites discussed, and a host of regional options mixed in as well.

Yesterday, the Golden State Warriors had some downtime in the locker room, and they got into a discussion about burgers. It turns out Steph Curry is a fan of Five Guys. Although he’s in the land of In-n-Out, he’s from the east coast, so it makes a little more sense. But naturally some folks took exception to it.

We’re in a down time on the NFL calendar, so I thought it was a good time to bring back this discussion. More importantly, it’s poll time. I created a Twitter poll, and In-n-Out got the majority of votes. You can only have four options on a Twitter poll, so I limited it to In-n-Out, Five Guys, Whataburger, and other.

We have no such limitations on polls here, so I’m going to expand it. I realize there are plenty more options, but let’s start with these 11 plus “other.” These are mostly national or fairly major chains, plus a couple California specific options.
