Update 3:03 p.m.
Foster suffered a season-ending torn ACL today, per .
During his time with the San Francisco 49ers, Reuben Foster battled plenty of injuries. It was evident that Foster didn’t look like his rookie self early last year. Monday, Foster and his injury luck followed him to Washington as he was carted off the field with an apparent injury to his left leg.

That’s never a good sign. Washington was hoping that Foster would be their starting linebacker this year. There’s no news just yet on the severity of the injury. Rooting for the best case scenario here. Foster was always a fun player to watch on the field when healthy. As a rookie for the 49ers, he looked like the real deal.
Here’s a different angle of Foster in visible pain. You can sense his frustration, too. This video is also over a minute long.

First day of OTA's, third play in a Redskins uniform...LB Reuben Foster goes down with what appears to be a significant knee injury.
He was carted off the field. More tonight on @ABC7News.@KgriggsPhoto @AdamSchefter pic.twitter.com/2yUZ0l4a8Y
This happened on the third snap of OTA’s. Foster went to defend a bootleg and let out a yelp and immediately grabbed his knee in tremendous pain. Foster was reportedly on the ground in disbelief holding his head in disbelieve for over five minutes before being carted off.
We’ll update this once a Foster is diagnosed with an injury.
