The San Francisco 49ers today announced that Salli Clavelle, Travis Dauro and Crowley Hanlon have each been promoted to new roles in the team’s personnel department. In addition, Dominic DeCicco will scout a new college region and the team has also added Fred Gammage III, Ryan Kessenich and Steve Slowik to the personnel department.

Clavelle has been promoted from scouting assistant to pro personnel analyst. In 2019, she enters her second NFL season with the 49ers. In her previous role with San Francisco, she assisted the college and pro scouting departments in their evaluation of NFL talent.
Dauro moves from scouting assistant to college scouting coordinator. The 2019 season is his third with the 49ers. In his previous role, he assisted the college and pro scouting departments in their evaluation of NFL talent.
DeCicco will now serve as the West Area Scout after serving as the Midlands Area Scout in 2018. He is in his third season with the 49ers, having worked as an assistant in the scouting department in 2017.
Gammage III has been hired as a pro personnel analyst. He joins San Francisco from Arizona State University where he served as a player personnel assistant for the 2018 season. In 2017, Gammage served as an intern with the football management staff at Arizona State. A wide receiver for the Sun Devils, he registered 52 receptions for 537 yards and three touchdowns from 2013-16.
Hanlon has been promoted from special assistant to player personnel to pro personnel coordinator. In his previous role with the team, he assisted in roster evaluation, creating player cut ups, monitor roster moves and coordinated free agent visits.
Kessenich has been hired as an area scout, working the Midlands Area. He joins San Francisco after spending six years as a national scout (2015-18) and pro/college scout (2013-14) with the Chicago Bears. Kessenich also spent four years (2009-12) as a Midwest college scout with the Kansas City Chiefs. He originally entered the NFL as a scouting assistant with the Washington Redskins for the 2005 season and later served as the director of player development and player personnel at Northwestern University (2006-08).
Slowik has been hired as one of the team’s scouting assistants. He joins San Francisco after spending more than three years as an analyst for Pro Football Focus. Slowik also spent time as the varsity football coach at Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ) High School. The brother of current 49ers offensive assistant, Bobby Slowik, Steve played cornerback at Michigan Tech University for two seasons (2007-08).
