The San Francisco 49ers are set to close out their 2019 offseason workout program this week, and that means mandatory minicamp. The team is holding two days of practice on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Practice starts 10:40 a.m., so about 20 minutes ago. Head coach Kyle Shanahan will meet with the media both days at approximately 12:10 p.m. Selected players will meet with the media after Shanahan, and then the team starts practice at 1:15 p.m. Media can tweet and take video during individual drills, but then go to radio silence when team drills begin.
Shanahan’s press conference will stream on the 49ers app and on Periscope. I’ll be on hand for both days of practice and media availability, and of course, you can keep an eye on our Twitter feed below. You can also view the press conference on 49ers.com by going here.
Free-agent CB Jordan Holland, 24, will participate in the 49ers mandatory minicamp today and Wednesday on tryout basis. Holland was a tryout at rookie camp in May; he was also brought in for a workout before team signed CB Dontae Johnson last month.
We’ll be back to recap and share everything that happened later this afternoon.
