One of the biggest struggles for fans that live outside of their team’s region is being able to watch the games live on TV. For the preseason, that won’t be an issue for fans of the San Francisco 49ers. On Tuesday morning the NFL Network announced what games would air during the preseason. Tom Pelissero tweeted out a picture of the schedule:
Preseason games are less than a month away and we’ll be carrying 13 of them live on @nflnetwork pic.twitter.com/3MB1Ice8Ep

NFL Network will re-air all 65 preseason games August, but those are the 13 games that will be aired live. The 49ers will be on NFL Network Week 1 against the Dallas Cowboys and the preseason finale against the Los Angeles Chargers.
The 49ers will also hold joint practices with the Denver Broncos on August 16 and 17. Their matchup on Monday night will be aired on ESPN. There’s no word on the if the Week 3 matchup against Kansas City will be on live TV, but you have to think a dress rehearsal with Patrick Mahomes will be aired on some network.
Each of the 49ers games will be broadcasted locally on KPIX5. You can view the entire 49ers schedule here.
