It’s Sunday, and in just six short days we get to watch the San Francisco 49ers play a football game. A preseason football game. A preseason football game without Jimmy Garoppolo.
BUT we might get to see Mitch Wishnowsky, and as the mayor of Punterville USA, that makes up for not getting Jimmy G.
Even without Jimmy G can we get that Philly Special hybrid play with Nick Mullens? I’ll take that.
The first week of preseason is usually pretty lackluster. The starters will get less series to play, and the third/fourth teams will dominate things, but we can definitely start putting things together on who the 49ers might take with them to the 53-man roster. And it’s the Cowboys. I don’t care if it’s a preseason game, I like beating the Cowboys.
