The San Francisco 49ers are coming into the second half of their game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and they will be without running back Tevin Coleman. Coleman is out for the remainder of the game with an ankle injury.
Matt Breida has re-entered the game. He was seen kneeling towards the end of the first half, being tended to by trainers, but it turns out it was a dehydration issue.
We’ll see what the status of Coleman’s ankle injury is at the end of the game. For now it’s Breida and Raheem Mostert helming the backfield. If Coleman is to miss any time, Jeff Wilson Jr. will most likely be activated from the practice squad.
But the good news? As I write this, Jimmy Garoppolo threw a dime to Richie James for a TD. So it’s 13-6, 49ers.
Send it.
Oh...and just as I publish this, Richard Sherman has a pick six.
Ok, I feel better.
