The San Francisco 49ers are set to host an afternoon matchup against the Miami Dolphins. This is the first time Miami is making the trip to the Bay Area since the 2012 season.
Reinforcements are on the way for the Niners. Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo returns after missing two games with a high ankle sprain while running back Raheem Mostert is healthy and will play for the first time since Week 2. The 49ers’ secondary is still banged up and missing all three starters. Richard Sherman, Emmanuel Moseley and K’Waun Williams have all been ruled OUT.
The Dolphins are 1-3 and are looking to get back in the win column after losing to the Seattle Seahawks last week. Head coach Brian Flores said Ryan Fitzpatrick will start at QB, despite the calls for rookie Tua Tagovailoa to get his first NFL game action.
