Afternoon thread: Good luck, Giants

There are a few games on the afternoon slate.

There weren’t many surprises during the early games, but they were entertaining, if anything. Every team that played during the early slate scored at least 20 points. How about that Arizona Cardinals’ defense? Yikes. That game highlighted just how many mistakes San Francisco made during Week 1. Carolina does not have a good offense.

Did watching the Dolphins against the Seahawks make you think next week could be a potential trap game for the 49ers? I always felt like Miami matched up well with the NFC West in general. They have speed on the perimeter on both sides of the ball, they play man coverage, so the windows are tighter, and Ryan Fitzpatrick can cause just enough of a headache. They’ll be underdogs, but next week was always going to be the trap game, to me.

The Bills take on the Raiders this afternoon. We’ll also see the Giants against the Rams, and the Colts face off against the Bears. Which game will you be watching?
