Niner Nate: Things are going to get better soon

The conductor of the 49ers’ hype train isn’t losing hope yet

There’s no denying that things at 4900 Marie P. DeBartolo Way are not all champagne and strawberries right now.

Admitting there’s a problem is the first step to recovery. The offensive line has been disappointing, Nick Mullens is missing wide open receivers by five yards, and the secondary is a tattered mess after multiple injuries.

Despite all that, however, Niner Nate isn’t ready to give up hope.

“The playoffs are still wide open. The Niners can still make the playoffs...They’re still really talented. There’s still a lot of depth. The quarterback will come back. The corners will come back. The pass rush is going to get better with Ronald Blair and Julian Taylor. Brandon Aiyuk is a stud...There’s a lot of things Niners fans can be excited about.”

You can always count on Nate for a glass-half-full look at things. By the way, if you want to weigh in on how you think things will turn out for the 49ers, you can do that here.
