The San Francisco 49ers will be on the road for a massive divisional showdown against the Seattle Seahawks. The Niners are 4-3 after defeating the New England Patriots last week and are looking to pull even on wins with the 5-1 Seahawks.

San Francisco will be missing wide receiver Deebo Samuel and running back Jeff Wilson Jr. for this one. Samuel tweaked his hamstring against the Patriots, while Wilson suffered a high-ankle sprain in the win.

Last week, Seattle lost its first game of the season, dropping a 37-34 decision to the Arizona Cardinals. Quarterback Russell Wilson is the favorite for NFL MVP heading into the midway point of the schedule.

The 49ers and Seahawks split their two matchups last season, with both games coming down to the wire.
