With Deebo Samuel out with a hamstring strain, and Richie James Jr. doubtful, the question heading into this game was who the “last” wide receiver active would be. The San Francisco 49ers promoted River Cracraft on Saturday, but NBC Sports Matt Maiocco tweeted that could be related to Trent Taylor, who has been a disappointment through seven games. Dante Pettis? He’s active after being a healthy scratch for three games in a row.

We’ll see which wideout is actually “active” during the game, but if Pettis can’t do anything against this secondary, then I’m all out of excuses for him. Who will step up in Samuel’s absence? We’ll find out in about 90 minutes.

Jimmie Ward is active after being listed as questionable with a quad injury. With Jaquiski Tartt inactive, will we see Tarvarius Moore play more? I understand they are different positions, but it seems like Moore is one of your “best 11.”

Tevin Coleman and K’Waun Williams will play as well. Here are the 49ers inactives:

  • S Jaquiski Tartt
  • WR Deebo Samuel
  • WR Richie James
  • LB Kwon Alexander
  • QB C.J. Beathard
  • CB Ken Webster

The Seahawks will be without Jamal Adams, Chris Carson, and Shaquil Griffin. Here are Seattle’s inactives:

  • Jamal Adams
  • Shaq Griffin
  • Carlos Hyde
  • Mike Iupati
  • Benson Mayowa
  • Chris Carson
  • Ugo Amadi
