The San Francisco 49ers returned to the practice field on Wednesday and received some good news. Raheem Mostert, Richard Sherman, and Jeff Wilson Jr. all returned to practice. Tevin Coleman and Deebo Samuel would practice as well, but both players will be limited Wednesday. Kyle Shanahan said, “I hope to get them back this week. But they haven’t played in a while. We’ll have to be smart with them.”

The NFL announced they rescinded cornerback K’Waun Williams’ suspension because of “issues with the testing procedures.” Alrighty. Williams was likely going to miss the two games he had been suspended for anyway, but I”m sure there were a few fans that found the time to call Williams a “cheater” or something along those lines. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport said Williams has been adamant that he never took any PEDs.

Shanahan said that Jauan Jennings suffered a “really bad” hamstring injury in practice, which landed him on the injured reserve on October 24. Shanahan said he’s hopeful Jennings returns in three weeks, and Jennings would have had some opportunities had he been healthy.

Arik Armstead will return to practice on Thursday. He cannot practice Wednesday due to the COVID return protocols.
