Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Each week, we send out questions to the most plugged in 49ers fans, and fans across the country. Sign up here to join Reacts.
Football and Thanksgiving may look a little different this year, but families around the country are still crowding around the TV to watch this year’s games.
This week, with the games a little less appealing than most, it seemed like a good time to ask what everyone knows but shies away from actually saying – which Thanksgiving dishes don’t belong? During the main course, NFL fans were mostly spread across three different options. But green bean casserole took the dubious top spot with 33 percent of the vote.

For dessert, things were much more settled. When asked which pie needs to be removed from next year’s festivities, 56 percent of readers were more than happy to drop the sweet potato pie.

The food fun doesn’t stop there. Each fan base was asked to pick a Thanksgiving dish that best describes their team. San Francisco 49ers fans said they think the team is the turkey of the NFL.

On the field, the 49ers have a difficult matchup this week traveling to Los Angeles to play the Rams. Fans around the country picked the Rams to win that game.
49ers fans specifically still feel relatively good about the team. For the second week in a row, 67 percent of Niners fans said they think the team is headed in the right direction.
