NFL Week 15: Afternoon games open thread

Week 15 of the NFL season continues with three games on the afternoon schedule, two of them featuring NFC West teams.

The Los Angeles Rams are heavily favored against the visiting New York Jets. Vegas oddsmakers have the Rams as a 17.5-point favorite over the winless Jets.

It’s a matchup of dual-threat quarterbacks in Arizona when Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals host rookie Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles. With a win, the Cardinals will hang on to sole possession of the seventh playoff spot in the NFC.

The marquee game of the afternoon sees two of the best teams in the NFL square off with plenty on the line. The 12-1 Kansas City Chiefs will take on the 10-3 New Orleans Saints. Both teams are in the hunt to lock down the top seed in their respective conferences. Saints’ QB Drew Brees is back in the lineup after suffering an injury against the San Francisco 49ers.
