Javon Kinlaw has an Instagram beef with JuJu Smith-Schuster

Who doesn’t love a good beef?

If you don’t already love Javon Kinlaw, you might after this. Steelers’ wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster has been posting videos of himself on TikTok dancing on teams’ midfield logos before games this season. Naturally, teams didn’t appreciate that, and on Monday Bengals safety Vonn Bell let Smith-Schuster know about it in no uncertain terms. After JuJu caught a pass over the middle, Bell, blew him up and caused a fumble that Cincinnati recovered before before rolling to victory in the game.

Kinlaw sent Smith-Schuster a DM that read, “Them boys hit yo jiggin a— out that Corvette huh” with a laughing emoji. JuJu decided to go with this classy response, “Yo, tell this female to stay out of my DMs.”

Never one to back down from a fight, Kinlaw continued, “I promise you wouldn’t come to Levi Stadium in that corvette.”

It’s at this point where JuJu takes the L.

(By the way, you can hear about this beef and more in today’s Stats & Eggs Podcast by clicking below)

In his next post, Smith-Schuster includes a picture of the game the Steelers played at Levi’s in 2019 with the words, “already pulled up to Levi’s in the Corvette and dipped.”

Here’s the first problem with that: the Steelers lost that game after a Jimmy Garoppolo touchdown pass to Dante Pettis with 1:15 left in the fourth quarter. Smith-Schuster had a good day (three catches for 81 yards and a touchdown), but can you really flex after a loss?

Here’s the second problem with his response: Javon Kinlaw wasn’t on the 2019 49ers because he hadn’t been drafted yet. The day before that Steelers game, Kinlaw’s South Carolina Gamecocks lost to Kelly Bryant and the Missouri Tigers.

Apparently the Steelers’ losing streak continues.
