Week 13 of the NFL season kicks off with seven games on the early schedule.
Two teams who are just ahead of the San Francisco 49ers in the standings are in action this morning. The 5-6 Minnesota Vikings host the lowly Jacksonville Jaguars. Minnesota has won four out of its last five games to get back into the playoff hunt.
Meanwhile, the reeling Chicago Bears will try and get back on track when they host the Detroit Lions. Darrell Bevell is making his head coaching debut for Detroit after the team fired Matt Patricia.
The NFC-leading New Orleans Saints are going for their ninth-consecutive win when they take on their NFC South rivals, the Atlanta Falcons. Taysom Hill will make his third-straight start for the Saints at QB with Drew Brees on the sidelines.
In the AFC, a pair of 8-3 teams will square off in Tennessee when the Titans host the Cleveland Browns. Titans’ running back Derrick Henry has been on a roll, with 311 rushing yards and four touchdowns over the previous two games.
