The San Francisco 49ers are playing in prime time when they take on the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football. The Niners are sitting at 5-6 and could move into a tie with the Arizona Cardinals and Minnesota Vikings for the seventh and final playoff spot in the NFC.

Quarterback Nick Mullens will make his fourth straight start, while running back Tevin Coleman returns to the lineup.

The game will be played at State Farm Stadium with the 49ers moving to Arizona for the next few weeks after Santa Clara County tightened its COVID-19 restrictions.
