I love watching these video breakdowns as you always learn something new. Here is Samuel’s video on why Mostert is a perfect fit for Kyle Shanahan’s offense. I wanted to look at Raheem Mostert’s fit in Kyle Shanahan’s offense in my latest video breakdown. After tracking each of his 190 carries from the 2019 season, I believe he’s a perfect fit for the outside zone scheme that Shanahan runs with the San Francisco 49ers. With vision, patience, and speed, Mostert does a great job of taking advantage of the running lanes that the 49ers’ offensive line creates for him and has the elusiveness to miss tackles in space as well.
