The NFL playoffs continue with a Divisional Round matchup between the Cleveland Browns and Kansas City Chiefs.
Cleveland got off to a hot start on Wild Card Weekend, taking a 28-0 first quarter lead over the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Browns dominated the Steelers, picking off quarterback Ben Roethlisberger four times in their 48-37 victory. It was Cleveland’s first playoff win in 25 years. Browns’ head coach Kevin Stefanski will be back with the team after missing last week’s game due to the NFL’s COVID-19 protocols.
The Chiefs went 14-2 during the regular season to earn the top seed in the AFC. The defending champions are led by dynamic QB Patrick Mahomes, who completed 66.3% of his passes during the regular season for 4,740 yards, 38 touchdowns and six interceptions. Tight end Travis Kelce and wide receiver Tyreek Hill will give Cleveland’s secondary all it can handle in today’s matchup.
