The 49ers have their second home primetime game of the season as Jimmy Garoppolo will return as the starting quarterback to take on the Indianapolis Colts Sunday night. Indianapolis is without starting left tackle Braden Smith plus receivers, T.Y. Hilton, and Parris Campbell. However, the Colts did activate Quenton Nelson from the injured reserve.
