The 49ers are about an hour and a half away from kicking off against the Chicago Bears. The injury report is out, and here are the inactives for today’s game:
CB Deommodore Lenoir
CB Ambry Thomas
WR Travis Benjamin
LB Azeez Al-Shaair
DE Dee Ford
DL Maurice Hurst
OL Aaron Banks
Lenoir’s out as his girlfriend is giving birth to their child.
Without Ford, Hurst, and Javon Kinlaw, the available defensive lineman are Nick Bosa, Arik Armstead, Kentavius Street, D.J. Jones, Zach Kerr, Samson Ebukam, Jordan Willis, Kevin Givens.
The excellent news is Trent Williams is active after battling an ankle injury. Keep an eye on how he’s moving. Having Williams on the field is a significant boost for the offense and likely gives Kyle Shanahan more confidence to push the ball down the field or call longer developing plays.
Khalil Mack is out for the Bears, but they’ll have DT Akiem Hicks and DE Robert Quinn available.
