49ers vs. Bears game thread: Today is Nick Bosa’s breakout game

Pregame warmups didn’t get off to a great start as kicker Joey Slye doinked a kick off the uprights. But, the good news was Talanoa Hufanga was jumping up and down the entire warmup.

The weather is beautiful as there’s minimal wind and plenty of sun. It’s 54 degrees. Today is ideal football weather.

What do you want to see today? This should be a game where the defensive line dominates. Nick Bosa should have a field day even without Javon Kinlaw, Maurice Hurst, and Dee Ford. I’m excited to see Arik Armstead kick inside and also Kevin Givens.

Offensively, throw the ball early and often. Taking care of the ball would be a nice change of pace. Also, by throwing the ball that should open up things for Elijah Mitchell. Speaking of running backs, will Trey Sermon receive a carry?

Both teams face plenty of pressure. Chicago is without their head coach. Let’s see how much of a difference that makes.
