Help pass the time between quarterback rumors with a 49ers escape puzzle

If you’re like me, watching all this pre-Super Bowl hype is making you sick. Knowing that the 49ers were there a year ago and seeing how far away they were this past season has left a sour taste in my mouth. Frankly, I’d like to just fast forward through the Super Bowl and get to the rest of the off-season.

In that vein, the 49ers have done something that might help. In order to help pass some of the time between now and then, the team has created a virtual escape game tailored to 49ers fans.

Basically, the five Lombardi trophies have been stolen, and you have to use clues and your 49ers knowledge to solve puzzles to help get them back. As a die hard fan, I thought this would be a breeze for me.

Narrator: It was not.

I actually had to spend quite a bit of time figuring out some of the puzzles, and even needed a few hints. Also, not gonna lie, it was fun to see Jerry Rice take part in the game to aid you on the quest.
