Welcome to Niners Nation’s 2021 NFL Draft live blog! We will be providing updates throughout Thursday’s event.

Barring a surprise, the Jacksonville Jaguars will likely take Trevor Lawrence No. 1, and Robert Saleh’s New York Jets will select Zach Wilson second overall.

Be sure to listen to The SB Nation NFL Show podcast throughout the night and follow on Twitter to hear all our experts’ takes.

The suspense came to an end with the San Francisco 49ers selected North Dakota State product Trey Lance to be the team’s QB of the future. The Chicago Bears moved up to No. 11 to take Ohio State’s Justin Fields, while Alabama’s Mac Jones dropped to the New England Patriots at No. 15

We’ll have new articles for the 49ers’ picks and any notable news, but this will serve as our primary spot for general draft discussion. We’ll update the spreadsheet below with each pick and brief analysis of each selection.

The wait is finally over.

Enjoy the draft!
