Shanaplan Podcast: The Zach Wilson Episode

Now that the San Francisco 49ers are the proud owners of the No. 3 overall pick in this month’s NFL Draft, it’s time to really start digging into the rookie quarterback prospects.

Over the next month, Kyle Posey and I will be dedicating each episode to one of the Top-4 quarterback prospects (outside of Trevor Lawrence).

We already had our discussion about Ohio State’s Justin Fields, which you can listen to here.

While Jets’ GM Joe Douglas all but confirmed that Zach Wilson will be their choice with the No. 2 overall pick, Kyle and I wanted to still give our analysis of Wilson in the event that he does fall to the 49ers at No. 3.

During the second half of the interview, Kyle interviews J.T. O’Sullivan, who was not only a former 49ers’ quarterback, but also a positional guru. He runs The QB School on YouTube and provides a lot of great insight and analysis into the quarterback prospects.
