The Pro Bowl has lost much of its appeal throughout the years. The game is less than a scrimmage at this point. The effort is minimal and most of the action occurs during the week. But that doesn’t mean the players don’t care about being recognized as among the best players at their position.

There has been one week of fan voting for the Pro Bowl. No team has received more votes than the San Francisco 49ers. Christian McCaffrey has the third-most votes among any player. Seven players on the Niners have the most votes at their position in the NFC:

Fred Warner
Trent Williams
Christian McCaffrey
Kyle Juszczyk
George Kittle
Javon Hargrave
Nick Bosa

Kittle has the second-most votes in the NFL, while Bosa and long sanpper Taybor Pepper have the third-most votes.

As for the rest of the players who have been acknowledged after one week, Jake Brendel is fifth, Brock Purdy ranks sixth, cornerback Charvarius Ward and punter Mitch Wishnowsky rank seventh.

The players with work to do are Brandon Aiyuk, Dre Greenlaw, Aaron Banks, and Arik Armstead, all who rank eighth and ninth respectively.
